Parcel Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please inspect your order promptly and contact us immediately.
- Missing or damaged items.
- Defective, missing, or if you have received the wrong item.
Claims made after this time frame, regardless of product usage, will not be accepted.
Keep all packaging for potential further evidence. Approved claims will result in refund or a replacement.

Please be aware that our silicone moulds are handmade and therefore may have slight imperfections, such as bubbles on the surface, untrimmed excess silicone,size may differ by 10mm and unevenness. These defects will not affect the final outcome of your product.
